Change Without Resistance

Do you want highly motivated and engaged employees?

Creativity, happy customers, and market success?

Here is my suggestion for leaders how to do it:

Ask customers and people in your organization what they really really want. See where those areas overlap. Find ways to make it a reality - together. Support people along the way. Get external support if needed.

Confused? Let me break it down for you:

Clarify what different parties want:
- your employees,
- your customers,
- leaders in your organization,
The area where those interests overlap is where you can generate change without generating resistance. When the overlap is clear, find ways to make it happen - together.

Prepare to be surprised.
People in your organization may want to work together differently, adapt, or at least try out new ways of working. They need your trust and support to do so. If you or other leaders in your organization are struggling with this, or having difficulties finding the overlap of interests, get people on board who can support you along the way, such as Agile Coaches. These can be regular employees and/or contractors. People who can help you make your organization more flexible and thrive during these challenging times. Professionals who can train, mentor, and coach others in your organization, at least in key positions. Help them support your organization on the path to excellence.

Any questions? Then don't hesitate to reach out and send me a message.
